A nine year old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Whiskey Co, named 'Queen of Kentucky' and bottled at 67.1% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited edition and a Christmas 2026 release.
The barrel was matured on a high floor of the rickhouse, where barrels tend to rise in strength as water evaporates. Part of its maturation took place in the PCS Distilling warehouse, where the barrel was heat-cycled to raise the proof and viscosity.
