New York Distilling Co Ragtime Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 45.2%)

Ragtime Straight Rye Whiskey is made by New York Distilling Co. in Brooklyn and bottled at 45.2% in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is more than 75% New York State rye. It is aged in full-sized barrels and bottled without chill filtration. The nose is cinnamon, baked apple, toasted oak and a little citrus oil. On the palate there is cracked pepper, cherrywood, caramel and herbal rye grain. The finish is medium to long and dry, with gentle spice, orange zest and vanilla.
