This is a single malt from New Zealand, bottled at 40% ABV in a 50cl bottle. As the name suggests, it matured in two types of cask. The whisky spent three years in ex-bourbon casks, then a further year and a half in Pinot Noir red wine casks. It was bottled in natural colour.
