This is a single malt from Dunedin in New Zealand, bottled at 40% in a 50cl bottle. It is coloured naturally.
The whisky is matured twice over: first in American oak casks that held bourbon, then in French oak casks that previously held New Zealand wine.
The nose offers ripe pear and apple with light vanilla and oak. The palate is soft and full, with honey, caramel, a little spice and dried herbs. The finish is long and mild, with warm oak and a light fruit sweetness.
