Diggers & Ditch Doublemalt is a New Zealand whisky from The New Zealand Whisky Co., bottled at 45%. It combines double wood whisky from Dunedin with a well-known single malt from Tasmania. The whisky was matured in American oak casks and finished in New Zealand wine barrels made from French oak. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. It is described as full-bodied, with notes of maraschino cherries, demerara sugar and complex spices.
