Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky (75cl)

Nikka Coffey Grain is a Japanese grain whisky in a 75cl bottle, distilled in a Coffey still, a patent still that Nikka imported from Scotland in 1963. The still gives a mellow, sweet taste that comes from the grain itself. The name refers to the type of still and has nothing to do with coffee. The aroma is mild, with vanilla and pear. The palate is light and silky, opening with a light vanilla sweetness before a rounded dark chocolate note, and the finish carries baking spice.
