Nikka Coffey Malt is a Japanese whisky from Nikka, developed in 2013 as part of the company's ongoing experiments to widen its range. It is made from 100% malted barley and distilled in a Coffey still. The whisky is matured in old casks to bring out rich maltiness, complexity and a silky texture. Because it is not distilled in a pot still, it is not categorised as a single malt.
