Nikka From The Barrel is a Japanese blended whisky assembled by Nikka's chief blender from spirit made at the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, including some whisky distilled in a Coffey column still.
It is matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks of different sizes, and around 100 different Nikka whiskies go into the blend. The name refers to its bottling strength of 51.4%.
