Nikka From the Barrel is a Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 51.4% in a 50cl bottle. It combines Nikka's Miyagikyo and Yoichi single malts with a single grain whisky, and the blend was matured in bourbon casks.
Tasting notes describe a peppery, spicy nose with oak, orange and vanilla. On the palate come sweet grain, orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, raspberries and walnuts. The finish is long, with fine oak and vanilla notes.
