Nikka – From The Barrel Extra Marriage (50cl, 51.4%)

Nikka From the Barrel Extra Marriage is a special edition made by Japanese producer Nikka for the 40th anniversary of From the Barrel. It takes the original whisky and doubles the period of cask marriage. It is bottled at 51.4% in a 50cl bottle. The nose offers honey, beeswax, tropical pineapple, nutmeg, ginger and subtle smoke. On the palate come candied lemon, cocoa powder, roasted cereals, plum jam and a hint of salty peat.
