A 17-year-old Nikka Tsuru from Hokkaido, presented in a ceramic decanter. It is bottled at 43% ABV without chill-filtration, and production was limited to 1500 bottles worldwide.
The nose is markedly floral, with the tart freshness of lemon and plum. The palate is sweeter, with cream and vanilla balanced by fruity notes. The finish is spicy, with a sharpness reminiscent of ginger.
