Nikka Yoichi 2000's Single Malt is a Japanese single malt whisky from the Yoichi distillery in Hokkaido.
As the name suggests, it is a vatting of single malt whiskies from the years 2000 to 2009. Marrying whiskies from across those ten years is what gives it its distinct flavour.
The bottling was discontinued in mid-2019.
