Ninkasi Craft Single Malt Whisky 2017/2020 is Track 4 of the Ninkasi Whisky Experience, a small-batch series from the Ninkasi Craft Distillery in France's Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2020 at 46.3% ABV, after maturing in Cognac casks and then white wine casks from the Feuillat Juyot and Burrier Château de Beauregard estates. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, with 3,200 bottles in the release. The malt is made from pilsner brewing malt. It is sweet and warming, with notes of caramel and grape must, and aromas of lily of the valley and lime blossom.
