A Barbadian rum distilled in 2016 at the West Indies Rum Distillery and bottled in 2026, aged ten years. It is bottled at cask strength of 64.5% vol. in a 70cl bottle.
It was made in the pot still at Gregg's Farm, known for distinctive pot-still character. The nose is intense, with honey, beeswax, vanilla, warm spices, light smoke, ripe banana, exotic fruits, citrus nuances, fine medicinal and herbal notes. The palate is honey-sweet and waxy, with roasted wood, a spicy note, light saltiness and a hint of smoke, well balanced. Ten years of ageing give it depth, while cask strength brings power and expression.
