Nobilis Guyana Enmore 1992 MEC Rum (70cl, 56.6%)

A Guyanese rum distilled at the Enmore distillery in 1992, bottled at full cask strength of 56.6% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It is a single cask rum, co-bottled with Stefan Hänel and Kevin Sørensen, with an outturn of 230 bottles. It is a single pot still rum from a Versailles single wooden pot still, aged 37 years, with all ageing continental. It is bottled without chill filtration, colouring or added sugar, from an ex-bourbon cask. The rum is intense and complex, with caramel, espresso coffee, liquorice, dark bitter chocolate, leather and heavy oak, full-bodied with a long finish and elegant cask influence.
