Nomad 10 Year Old Triple Cask is a blended whisky that brings together Scotland and Spain. It is a vatting of 25 Scottish single malts and 6 grain whiskies, which spent six years maturing in Scotland.
The blend then moved to Jerez for four more years in 30-year-old Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 43.1% in a 70cl bottle, with no added colouring.
The nose offers raisins and other dried fruit, toasted oak and a little vanilla. The palate is soft, with rock sugar, vanilla and dried plums. The finish is long, with walnuts, roasted almonds and dried fruit.
