Nor'Loch is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky at 40%, in a 70cl bottle. It has been finished in Bourbon casks. The name recalls the man-made loch of Old Edinburgh, built in 1460 in the reign of King James III to protect the castle from invaders, and later replaced by Princes Street Gardens.
The nose is sweet and creamy, with hints of vanilla, caramel, honey and coconut. The Bourbon cask finish brings a gentle spiciness of cinnamon and nutmeg.
