This is a 12 year old Japanese malt whisky from Okami, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in Mizunara oak casks, which are said to add notes of sandalwood and coconut.
The nose is usually described as spiced honey, clove, red apple and caramel. The finish brings candied ginger, leather and oak.
