Old Ballantruan 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Tomintoul distillery, bottled at 50% ABV. Unusually for the region, it is heavily peated.
All ten years of maturation were spent in former bourbon casks of American oak. It is bottled without added colouring and without chill-filtration.
It is described as rich, sweet, creamy and distinctly smoky.
