Old Durbar 15 Year Old Samudra Man Singh Shrestha Blended Whisky (75cl, 42.8%)

Old Durbar 15 Year Old is a blended whisky made from single malts and grain whiskies, each aged for at least 15 years. This edition is a collaboration with the Paubha artist Samudra Man Singh Shrestha, whose "Mythical Creatures" artwork appears on the bottle. It is matured in three stages: first in American ex-bourbon casks, then in Oloroso sherry casks, and finally finished in Pedro Ximénez casks. It is bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers vanilla, oak and gentle spice. The palate has dried fruits, caramel sweetness, warming spice and a little peat smoke, leading to a long finish of sherry sweetness and oak.
