Old Forester Signature is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% (100 proof).
The flavours are layered and dense, running to the darker, drier side: cocoa, espresso, clove and allspice, all wrapped in caramel and butterscotch aromatics.
At this strength the alcohol feels intense, and a little branch-water or ice tempers it.
