This is a double distilled, hand crafted Tasmanian single malt whisky from Old Kempton, bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It comes from the Classic Range and was aged in Pinot Noir casks.
The nose is delicately floral with a sweet cherry note, which the Pinot Noir ageing brings. On the palate it is clean and sweet at first, then settles into stone fruit and floral flavours. The finish is long and clean, with chocolate and toffee sweetness beneath crisp oak tannins.
