This is a single cask Tasmanian single malt from Old Kempton, part of its Classic Range. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a tawny cask, which gives it a sweet, fruity character.
The nose is sweet and fruity, with a background of rum and raisin chocolate. On the palate come deep dark fruits and pantry spices with a soft, warming spirit. The finish brings soft oak tannins, with hints of dark chocolate and coffee grounds.
