This Old Pulteney was distilled on 27 May 2008 and bottled on 19 February 2025 by Signatory Vintage, at 16 years old. It matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt and was bottled at 56.4% in a 70cl bottle, filling 662 bottles.
The distillery stands in the harbour town of Wick in Caithness and was founded in 1826 by James Henderson. Its slightly peaty water comes from Loch of Yarrows.
