A single malt from Overeem, the Tasmanian distillery, in a 70cl bottle. This batch comes from a single cask.
Rather than receiving a brief finish in fortified wine casks, the whisky was matured throughout in one quarter-sized Sherry cask. The result is a bold, flavoursome malt marked by sweet dark fruits and spice, the character usually associated with Sherry cask whisky.
