Paddy Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Paddy is an Irish blend of grain, malt and pot still whiskey, triple distilled in County Cork and matured for three years in three types of oak cask. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Each part contributes something different. The grain whiskey adds a light floral sweetness, the malt adds toasted biscuit, and the pot still whiskey gives a creamy texture with hints of spice, honey and vanilla. The nose is fresh and malty, with wood, fine spice, honey and vanilla. The palate is light and clear, with nuts, malt and lightly charred wood. The finish fades gently, leaving mild malt and wood.
