Paddy is a blended Irish whiskey in a 100cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. The brand traces its roots back to 1779.
It is a triple-distilled blend of grain, malt and pot still whiskey, made from barley and water from County Cork. It matures in three types of oak cask, which give it a rich golden colour.
It is usually described as mild yet crisp, with a hint of honey.
