Paddy's Share is a triple distilled Irish whiskey blending pot still, grain and malt whiskeys. It is bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is dense and sweet, with toasted oak, vanilla, marshmallow, a hint of candied ginger and subtle nuttiness. The palate is light and creamy at first, turning quickly to sweet, malty flavours of butterscotch and honey, with hazelnut and marzipan and a little black pepper. The finish is long, warm and slightly dry, with toasted oak spice, coffee, vanilla and toasted almonds.
