The 17th edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection, a 10 year old Kentucky straight rye whiskey bottled at barrel proof.
The whiskey was aged across five rickhouses and floors, and went into each barrel at 125 proof. Over the seasons the strength in each barrel varied with its position in the warehouse. The barrels were then combined and bottled uncut and non-chill filtered.
A portion of proceeds supports ALS research and patient care, in honour of Parker Beam, Heaven Hill's Master Distiller Emeritus.
