Parker's Heritage Collection 18th Edition is an American malt whiskey from Heaven Hill Distillery, and the third barrel-finished release in the series.
The Master Distiller hand-selected barrels of 14-year-old malt whiskey, which were then aged for almost four months in reconstructed barrels that had previously held Cognac. The finish turns the earthy, herbal character of the malt into something close to port in style, with molasses, dark chocolate and dried summer fruit.
A portion of proceeds supports ALS research and patient care, in honour of Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam.
