This is a small batch Argentine wheat whisky from Paso de las Piedras, made by hand in Carcarañá, in the province of Santa Fe. It is bottled at 45% in a 75cl bottle.
The mash is at least 51% wheat, with other cereals alongside, and the spirit is distilled in a pot still. It was aged in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, which gives it a deep golden colour. Both the making and the ageing took place in Santa Fe.
