A white wine from Sicily made from autochthonous white grapes, with a drying stage that concentrates aromas and flavours. It is bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose shows ripe fruit such as apricot and peach, delicate floral notes and a hint of honey. On the palate it is full and round, with freshness balancing its natural sweetness. Suitable as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
