Passivento Rosato Terre Siciliane IGT - Barone Montalto

A rosé wine from Sicily made from grapes dried using the appassimento method. It has a bright coral-pink colour. The nose shows intense red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry, rosehip floral notes and a hint of sweet spice. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with balanced acidity offsetting the natural sweetness of the dried grapes, plus citrus and a mineral touch that add depth and persistence. It pairs with fish dishes, light starters and white meats, and suits an aperitif with friends.
