Passivento Rosso is a red wine from Barone Montalto in Sicily, made using a traditional grape-drying method that concentrates sugars and aromas. It has a deep ruby colour and an aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, with sweet spice and vanilla. On the palate it is velvety and round, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish. It is suited to red meat, game and aged cheese. Presented in a Jeroboam with a gift box.
