Paul John – Christmas Edition 2025 Single Malt Indian Whisky (70cl, 48%)

Paul John Christmas Edition 2025 is an Indian single malt, the eighth in the distillery's annual festive releases and the oldest whisky it has released. It is bottled at 48%, higher than the 46% of earlier editions, and is non-chill-filtered with no additives. There are 6,254 bottles. The whisky spent five years in bourbon casks, then two years in 250-litre cream sherry casks of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. The two finishes were vatted together and aged for a final year. The nose has orange blossom, honey and ripe peach. On the palate come apple, stone fruits, butterscotch and cinnamon.
