This is a single malt from Paul John, an Indian distillery based in Goa, in a 70cl bottle. It is a heavily sherried whisky, made from six-row Indian barley grown at the foot of the Himalayas.
The spirit spent its first five years of maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels. It then had a two-year finish in 60 year old Pedro Ximenez casks.
