Paul John Madeira Select Cask is an unpeated Indian single malt from Goa, finished in Madeira casks and bottled at 48%. The colour is mahogany.
The nose is rich cherry, plum sauce, manuka honey and sweet peach, with orange zest, caramel pudding and a touch of chocolate. On the palate it is sweet and creamy, with ripe tropical fruit, hints of salted caramel and warm roasted nuts.
The finish is long and full bodied, with crisp oak.
