This is an unpeated Indian single malt from Paul John, made on the Goan coast and finished in Madeira casks. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle and has a mahogany colour.
The nose offers rich cherry, plum sauce, manuka honey, sweet peach and orange zest, with caramel pudding and a dash of chocolate. The palate is sweet and creamy, with ripe tropical fruits, hints of salted caramel and warm roasted nuts. The finish is complex, full bodied and long, with crisp oak.
