Paul John Nirvana is an unpeated single malt from Goa, on the west coast of India. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle and has a deep copper colour.
The nose is honeyed bourbon with fruitcake and a light touch of caramel pudding. On the palate there is soft honey with slightly salty barley and honeycomb sweetness, and the mouthfeel is a good one.
The finish is very long, with dissolving honey, barley and vanilla.
