Paul John – Nirvana (70cl, 40%)

Paul John Nirvana is an unpeated Indian single malt made from Indian six-row barley and matured in charred American oak casks. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, and like the rest of the Paul John range it is made without added flavours or colouring. The nose is soft, with caramel, bourbon and fruitcake. On the palate there is succulent vanilla and sweet honeycomb, leading to a honeyed finish.
