This is Paul John Oloroso Select Cask, an Indian single malt bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered.
The Oloroso sherry character is clear throughout, especially on the palate, which brings walnut and date cake, mixed nuts and dried fruits. Tangy Seville orange and lively spices lift the finish. The aftertaste has cocoa, salted hazelnuts, new leather and a drying astringency.
