A peated Indian single malt from Paul John, made in Goa and bottled at cask strength, 55.5% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is a golden mahogany colour.
The nose is smoky, sweet and earthy, with a mellow touch of spice. On the palate, Muscovado and Demerara sugars sit alongside the smoke, and a hint of spice comes from hickory and Dominican-style cocoa.
The finish is delicate, with Dominican cocoa and the tart edge of marmalade.
