An Indian single malt from Paul John, made in Goa and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks, the dark and intensely sweet Spanish dessert sherry. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and its colour is dark copper.
The nose offers fig and apricot with a hint of banana. The palate is sweet barley with creamy butterscotch, dried fruits and Christmas cake.
The finish is long, with chocolate fudge, orange peel and wine-soaked nuts.
