A single malt from the Pearse Lyons distillery in Lexington, Kentucky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose has a hint of apple syrup, fresh grass and light caramel. On the palate come apple, oak, malt, candied fruit, citrus and a little mint. The finish is lightly spicy and gently sweet, almost creamy.
