This is a Blanc de Blancs champagne from Perrier-Jouët, made entirely from Chardonnay grown in the Champagne region.
The wine rests on its lees for at least three years in the house's cellars, which allows the fresh character of the Chardonnay to develop. It is dry, with lively acidity and fine bubbles.
On the nose there are elderflower, acacia and honeysuckle. The palate is dry and fresh, with a light, sparkling lift.
