Perrier-Jouët Fleur de Champagne is a prestige cuvée Champagne in a 75cl bottle. It is the name under which the house's Belle Époque was sold in the US market until 2011.
The blend is 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, made by the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle and at least 60 months on the lees. The bottle carries the anemone design by Émile Gallé, used for this cuvée since 1969.
The nose is white flowers, jasmine and rose, with white peach, pastry dough and elderflower. The palate is silky, with white peach, poached pear, grapefruit and a fine bead. The finish is long, with citrus peel and toasted brioche.
