Pfaffl Grüner Veltliner Vom Haus

Pfaffl Grüner Veltliner Vom Haus is an Austrian white wine made entirely from Grüner Veltliner, grown in fields of loess soil where warm days are followed by cool nights. The grapes are picked by hand, lightly pressed, left to soak for four hours and pressed further, then fermented at 18°C in stainless steel tanks. It is a clear, bright yellow with green reflections. The nose is gently spicy, with fresh apple. The palate brings pepper, citrus and herbs, and the finish is elegant and appetising.
