Pierre Péters Cuvée de Réserve Blanc de Blancs Brut NV Champagne Magnum (1.5L)

This is a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Pierre Péters, in a 1.5 litre magnum. It is made entirely from Chardonnay grown on chalk in the grand cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Avize and Oger. The blend is built on the 2018 base with reserve wines reaching back to 1988. It is raised in stainless steel, oak cask and concrete on fine lees, with partial malolactic fermentation (75%) and at least 24 months on the lees in bottle. The house style is sleek and racy, marked by fine acidity and prominent minerality, with the classic Côte des Blancs Chardonnay character.
