Pike Creek 10 Year Old Rum Barrels is a Canadian whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in white oak and then finished in rum casks.
It has an amber colour with ruby tints. The nose is fairly complex, with dried fruit, a little pepper and toffee. Dried fruit and toffee carry through to the palate, balanced by vanilla.
The finish is long and warm, with hints of rum and port from the rum casks.
