Pike Creek 10 Years is a Canadian whisky from the Northern Border Collection, bottled at 42% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured for at least ten years in oak in a warehouse without climate control, and was then finished in rum barrels.
The nose is sweet, with molasses, sugar and grain. The palate is creamy and soft, with vanilla, tropical fruit and raisins. The finish is shorter, with a spicy touch.
